By a twist of fate, the male protagonist is chosen as a spy and sent into the Demon Nation to obtain intelligence on the “Heart of the Demon Mother.” To blend in, he deliberately approaches the female demon Bai Ling, which leads him to join a faction composed entirely of female demons.
